Terms of Service

Effective July 24, 2026

These terms govern access to JSL Command Mainframe and the applications it hosts. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Beta service

Mainframe and some applications are beta software. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on the service as the only copy of important information.

Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping authentication details secure. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and notify us if you believe an account is compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade security controls, access another user’s information, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or use the service unlawfully.

Applications and third-party services

Applications may have additional notices or rules. Connected services such as TikTok, Spotify, and Apple Music are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Mainframe is not endorsed by those services merely because it links to or integrates with them.

Content and feedback

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. Feedback may be used to improve Mainframe and its applications without compensation.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta service.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security, abuse, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
